		<description>If you&#039;ve got access to an OSX machine I recommend OmniGraffle unconditionally. Depending on edition it&#039;s between 70 and 160 dollars, and fills the gap Visio left perfectly. I mostly use it for network diagrams as well and it&#039;s been a real workhorse.
